I Ordered a new grille last week and just got it today i know that im gonna change the surround because the grille was black and my truck is not. Im wanting to know if there is anyway to clean up some of the scuff on the chrome.

Chrome polish first and if the scuffs are still there use some 0000 steel wool.

Those are a little more than scuffs... Wouldn't expect them to buff out as the chrome will be gone before you get deep enough. If this was a new purchase - send it back for replacement.
