New gears!
If you have never done it, pay a pro. You can really screw up your deferential if you don't adjust them correctly. If you have a 4x4 I hope you bought the for the front also.
A video on how simple (haha) it is. Would you really want to do this to your truck? Makes it look easy, but then again he has someone the to tell him he did the job right and the resources of the show!

I paid a guy to do mine because im not sure how to set the lash on the gears properly and you need dial gauges etc etc..if you screw that part up kiss your gears goodbye.
the guy charged me 250 rear and 300 front and then bought the old gears off me for 200 so in the end install cost me 350 front/rear. worth it IMO.
