Pre-Loaded means the strut is already assembled with new springs, so all you have to do is unbolt the old struts( with springs attached )and re-install the new ones ( with springs attached ). This way you don't have to have a spring press to change them out.

so... when you said you wanted new struts ...you meant ...you wanted struts and coil springs...like coilovers
