Your best bet is to go with a Shallow mount sub. I have a 12" Kicker CVT under my back seat.

That setup looks perfectly fine, I would just double check with the ebay seller about the depth of the box cause the sub is pretty deep. You can run a amp for the speakers, but if your trying to save money then you will be fine without it, you just wont get the full potential of the speaker. Make sure you buy a good quality RCA(Tsunami, Monster, Kicker, etc..) and run 4-gauge power kit(Kicker higher end ones are good)..

The Atrend box should have a 5.25" mounting depth.

Well from what GATORB8 says that the box is a 5.25" mounting depth, then you will definitly need to find a different box or sub because the solo-classic 10" has a 5.75" mounting depth....

That type S 10 has a low sensitivity (84 dB) I'd look for something at least over 90 if you're only going to give it 200W.

I appreciate the info that you have suggested GATORB8.....however, my question to you is....If I go with this current setup...will it harm anything?? I'm not looking to blow my windows out, or rattle my license plate off....So is that sub still worth it or am I making a big mistake? I'm on somewhat of a tight budget....... Thanks again

Will it harm anything? Definitely not, it will sound significantly better than your stock system. I'm trying to help you get the most bang for your buck. You should be able to find a 10" sub in that price range that will fit with a higher sensitivity, without sacrificing quality. I've got a Tymphany Peerless XXLS 10" - a sound quality sub with a sensitivity of 93 dB pushed by 300W RMS, and I'm satisfied with the bass output when matched with my Pioneer Premier Comps @100W RMS per side. I think the Dayton HO 10" would also give you better output at a similar price, Infinity had a reference series 10 that would fit that had over 90 dB sensitivity that I remember seeing at one of the discount sites for less than the S type Alpine (it was a model year or two older than the current reference line).

Here is my current setup to give you an idea of what I did after a lot of research:

Head Unit: Stock Audiophile MP3/CD6 w/ Sirius
Harnesses: Metra 70-5520 (to truck), 71-5520 (reverse) - $15 Ebay
LOC for Fronts: DavidNavone N-RHL2 - $30
Front Stage: Pioneer Premier TS-D720C 6.75" Comps - $120 Amazon
Rear Stage: None
Sub Stage: Peerless 830876 10" XXLS Subwoofer 4 Ohm - $125 parts-express
Sub Box: Qlogic Qcustom Sealed .65cf - $50 Local Used
Amp: Kenwood eXcelon KAC-X4R - 100Wx2 at 4 ohms to front stage - 300Wx1 at 4 ohms to sub stage - $200 Ebay refurb
Wiring: Knukonceptz Kolossus 4 Gauge 4 Channel Amplifier Installation Kit, Klear Kable Blue Speaker wire: 10 AWG - 3 ft and 12 AWG extra 20ft - $70 knukonceptz.com

Total ~$610

Amplifier: PIONEER GM-D8500M $174.99

No, you won't need an LOC.

I've heard good things about the Pioneer shallows. I'd go for the single 2 ohm version and just watch your gain and bass EQ so you don't overpower it with that amp.
