They're pretty "grippy", even with wet shoes. Also I have to say the powder coating on them is too notch. Had mine for about 6 months now and the coating hasn't even begun to wear off the steps yet.

Thanks donbun68. The coating on the step is one thing I was a little concerned about. It's one reason I've been considering Iron Cross products, either the HD or step because they have aluminum step pads.
