needle/cluster ???

needle/cluster ???
??? for all of you that changed your cluster, I want WHITE needles and keep the green color instrmnt panel... I gott an 08 XLT screw...
1. Can it be done?
2. How would i go bout doin it?
3. Can i change all the red to WHITE.. ( kph, low fuel mark ,high oil mark etc....)
Im an all or nuthin person, sooo ill keep the green and get rid of the red it looks like xmas colors awful ford!! green/white i can deal with maybe green leds in the footwells too... I just dont have time to change all the doors n a/c buttons... All info reaaaallly helps THKS!
