I just removed my glove box and the radio to find it. I went ahead and ordered one. I do hope that the one I ordered has a better life span than yours though. lol

I was able to swap out the blend door actuator today. Only took about 45 minutes all together. Heat is working great now. I took the old one apart. It would not spin, I took the electric motor out and then all the gears would spin fine. The electric motor itself would spin when not in the housing. But when it is assembled you can't turn it with a pair a pliers. I have no explanation for that. I did loose an 8mm wrench somewhere in my dash during the whole ordeal though.

You do anything to get the CD player working right? Mine just ate a CD today when switching discs and now just reads "CD Error" and won't eject or switch cds.....

Try pulling the radio out of the dash and unplugging it. Mine has been working fine ever since. Let me know if that helps or if it doesn't maybe we can figure something out.

I tried the hillbilly slam the dash method again today and it actually worked. Thanks for the help though.

As long as it's working! LOL I've read people's comments saying the stock radio is junk but I only had the one problem with mine. It works great I think.
