Angry Need to vent..............

Well i took my 04 F150 fx4 in last monday morning(8 days ago) for a vibration which ended up being the rear end. They called and said an inspector had to check out the clutches to see if the warranty would cover it. This had me a little upset from the get go. Well friday late afternoon i finally get a call from the service department they tell me the emergency brake had locked up or fell apart or something and the warranty wouldnt cover that. That kinda ticked me off but oh well. I asked him about the rear end and he couldnt tell me anything said they should have called me about that earlier and i explained that they didnt. So he called me back 30 minutes later and kinda explained that the warranty was going to cover that and they would call me Monday with a better explaination. Well Monday afternoon i called the service department all i got was the answering machine so i left my name number and never got a call. I called again this morning talked to 2 different guys and they knew nothing said they call me back. Im kinda getting ticked off. Customer service sucks. they cant even give me any updates or none the less tell me whats going on. Its like they lost my truck or something. I will be explaining my displeasure when/if i pick my truck up. This is the third time i have dealt with this dealership first bad experience
