Need Some Quick Advice, Dropped My Oil Pan To See....

umm...wow on those pics!
I run Marvel in all of my vehicles and the gas too. Works great for keeping it clean I think but who knows if necessary. I think the pan looks good and I'd not worry too much about that amount of shavings.

I'm just now starting to feel normal again. Everyone said I was completely delirious for the first two days!
What do you think about running some MMO for say......the last tank of gas before an oil change for the next few changes? That'd be after I do the 500 mile change post flush.
I thought that since I may have some of the stuff exposed so to speak, and coming off the cleaning, now would be the time to get whatever else that may be able to flush out.
I did drain a quart of oil tonight after the truck sat all day just to see the color and if any debris were present.
I have to say, if I put that quart on a shelf in a clear jar, you would swear it was brand new oil, so, I was pleased that no gunk was present and the oil hadnt changed color.

MMO is a good cleaner, but it takes time to really do it's best. It'll do something for a tank of gas, depending on how long that tank of gas takes to get burned. It does better on longer runs, and does like heat.
So if you're going to run 500 miles and then drop the oil (first change after clean?), put in at least a pint of MMO on that next fill and run it for a couple thousand miles at least.
What oil are you going to go with?

I plan to change the oil tomorrow. I did drain a quart just to see what it looked like after a couple hundred miles. Looked like it did when I poured it in.

Ok Guys, here's the before and after photo's.
Plenty of pics. Took them b/c I can upload to CPU, use the big screen, Zoom in really close and inspect far better than I can under the truck.
Let me know what you think and if you got any suggestions going forward.

Last Pics
Here's the last of the pics I'll post.
I think it came pretty clean. I could not reassemble it until I knew I had cleaned it to the absolute best of my ability. I'm not afraid of some work and getting dirty!!

After, and yes, I did clean the gasket surface as well, it wasn't done yet in this pic.
After. I went up each one of those tubes (Journals??? Not sure of all the terminology so, please feel free to enlighten me so I can be more educated in the future) with a tooth brush, blew cleaner up them with my transfer pump, used compressed air, and elbow grease to clean every place I possibly could.

Well, replaced the two steering stabilizer end links and passenger hub assembly last week and did the fuel filter before initial startup after flush. Just ordered motorcraft plugs and new COP's to install. Along with oil for the next few changes.
Be here Wednesday, gonna do the 500 mile oil change, run some MMO for 20 mins first, then install the new plugs and COP's.
Hopefully, when that is done, I can keep the hood closed for a while. She's running really well right now, just got to get this misfire taken care of that started when I installed the bad VCT from NAPA, no CEL, very slight, I can just tell its there and it's due anyway. Been 75K since they were changed.
