Programmer then exhaust. Skip the CAI (IMHO).

Go Gotts, its only $10, I have a write up in my progress thread (in my signature). I love it and wouldn't trade it for a CAI. Then I would go programmer, but be prepared to run premium 91+ Octane if you want to run the higher settings. Then get a good exhaust system to cap it all off.

That's what I would do. I personally went Programmer, Gotts, and I'm saving for a Banks Monster Dual Rear Exit now.

Programmer so you can adjust the speedo for the tire size. Go with a custom programmer so you don't have to run 91+ octane. Custom tunes can be written for any octane for the best, reliable performance. The Gryphon and SCT x3 are the best custom programmers.
Also do the Gotts mod as it is an effective way to modify the intake.
If you want to do the exhaust without spending a lot, get a Dynomax bullet welded in place of the stock muffler and finish it with a nice tip on the stock tailpipe.

Most tuners (including my Superchips) include 87 tunes. Of course, the high octane tunes make a huge difference.
