I was going to ask you what type of truck you had, because when I was going to do my Rancho lift, I bought a set of coilovers off someone on here, so I could take mine out a few weeks before I was going to do the lift and have my stock spring put in the new Rancho shocks. Then when I did the lift, I took out the set I had bought on here and they are laying in my garage. Would have sold them cheap. I think they only had like 40k on them, but it depends on what spring you had in your truck stock.

I had read the Rancho product review somewhere, I forget.. but a lot guys with f-150's and tundras were saying that you can get better lift out of the rancho's, if you swap the ford oem spring onto them.
Maybe true..maybe not?
