Default Need Help with Vibratin Issue

Ok I seem to have a problem with the front end of my 2006 F150. When I take sharp turns the steering wheel and even just to whole truck vibrates. It does it when I turn both right and left. Dealership said it could either be the rack and pinion, ball joints, or the steering stabilizer shock. Has anyone else had this problem. I dont want to through money into somthing that wont fix it.

I had the same issue. It's actually the rear end causing the shudder, or was for me. Put some Ford friction modifier in the rear end and see if that doesn't help.

Same problem, same solution... friction modifier in the rear fixed me right up and the LSD works better now as well

Stealership. Luckily it's pretty cheap.

My truck did this when the tie rod ends were bad... It also drove like a golf cart...

Put some friction modifer in the rear end anyhow, that is if you have limited slip rear end. Take your truck to an independent garage with an ASE certified mechanic. There are just some things on a vehicle that you need to address for your safety as soon as possible.
If I had to guess, there is more than one thing wrong. Steering stabilizer, and or tie rod ends. But that is just a GUESS.

I honestly dont think I have limited slip rear end. Im going to take it to another shop I feel as though its something simple like tie rod ends or steering stabilizer but who knows?????
