You wont find what you are looking for in a bolt on, your truck specific kit. It will have to be custom out of universal piping.

If you are using 2.5" pipe and it lines up with what you are planning on doing with the rest of the exhaust. It is for a custom exhaust, are you doing the work or is a shop?

I'm having a shop do it, my plan is 2.5 true duals with x pipe with dynomax bullets and delete the rear cat and have my tips at 45° behind the back tires

You should probably just let the shop either make you an X pipe( a good shop should be able to make one) or let them pick out the one that will work best for your setup. You need to know how far apart the pipes will be to choose the right one.

Are you going to keep your factory manifolds? this could be a good option for you

If you are keeping stock manifolds you could do something like a single in dual out muffler . Obviously that would not be the true duals but az azmidget said your exhaust shop could probably split that for you
