Oh. That I'm not sure about. I've never had to deal with a lowered truck. How does it feel right now? Stiff or something?

Yeah I think so..my girlfriend car kinda feels like it glides over speed bumps compared to mine I was thinking of going back to the factory to make it more comfortable the guy at the 4 wheel parts said that it was at its lowest settings and that it could be put higher but I didn't have any idea what he was talking about and he was rushing

Well it's always going to feel a little different than her car but he sounds right, I can't imagine lowering a truck - thus decreasing the amount of travel a suspension can take - can be good over bumps. Plus (personal opinion) I don't think trucks should be lowered anyway. It's a truck so that it can be a truck. If you returned it to stock height and then put some new shocks and struts on there, I bet you'd notice a world of a difference.
