Default Need help to find problem

Ok first off it's a 2004 f150 5.4 v8 2wd with 78k miles. Here is my problem description as best as I can explain it please forgive me if I confuse you. The noise is a humming/vibration noise. It only happens when I push on the gas from a turn or even just driving straight down the road. It does not happen all the time though. When I am coasting with my foot off the gas it does not make the noise. I am thinking it has something to do with the rear differential fluid and correct me if I'm wrong. I don't have any service history on the truck because I just baught it two months ago. My questions are what do y'all think the problem is? How long should I go with it sometimes doing this? I hope I explained it enough if not please ask for more details. Thanks!!!

Is the noise coming from the rear end?

could possibly the rear pinion bearing. usually not intermittent however. usually coasting off the gas with decent speed.
