What did the CEL say??? It should have given you something. Other than that, all I can think of is a faulty PCM. Maybe do a reflash on the PCM and see if it fixes it. If not, look for a new/used PCM. Just my opinion.

I had a CEL for PCM malfunction and the dealer told me I needed a new computer. I told them to reflash it and guess what, that's all it took. Good as new LOL

That would be my guess as well. Check the CEL code, and then go from there. It's obviously an electronic error somewhere, and my guess would be the ECM or something of the like.

Yes I need to replace my temperature sending unit for the gauge but I can't seem to find it, do yall know where its at?

Finally got it resolved, I had 3 pullies loose so I went ahead a replaces them new and a new belt. My truck runs real nice now.

Wow, glad you got it fixed... I would have never guessed 3 pulleys would have loosened up. Maybe somebody tried loosening them on you thinking it was how to change the belt?
