Now that the weather has gotten much hotter(southern CA) my truck is starting to act up again. After my truck is warmed up and at operating temp when I come to a stop my truck dips a hundered or so RPMs and starts to shake. Feels like its coming from drivers side. Also if I put the truck in neutral and rev the motor it will sometimes stop. Truck also seems to do better right after an oil change but it doesn't last long. Using Ford oil and filter. Also, from reading on the issue I'm starting to think its cam phaser related. So to clean the sludge up I started using Sea Foam. Here are the codes I got today...

P0430

Also I replaced both Cam Posistion Sensors.

Any help would be great guys!
