i just figured 4 low because you usually use that to pull heavy stuff and low speeds. im not tryin to pull him fast or sling him around everywhere (although it would be fun). i just want enough so i dont have to hear "****s Weak" 100 times a day. maybe this will shut his mouth up. i honestly cant stand this boy. lol

Sand surface changes the entire picture. IMO, now its about traction
Personally, and this is just the way me and my friends see it around here, but using the brake is a "No No" and auto disqualification. Even though people seem to do this quite often, we play by more strick rules out here.

So deflate the tires, throw her in 4lo, fill her up with gas, turn the programmer to Tow/haul mod and turn O/D OFF. All these items should help provide extra traction as well as more aggressive gearing.

ok heres the deal; we think our leadership is trying to stop us from doing it cuz they told me it was a bad idea. so since weve had this planned, weve had different lunch schedules. so im gonna stop saying tomorrow and itll happen when we get the same lunch break or he grows a pair and does it after work. i did get a picture of his truck but i gotta find the adapter for my memory card first. i'll post it as soon as i do.

by the way, thanks everyone for all the advice. lets keep it coming if you have any other suggestion/comments/tips...

Put wieght in your bed. don't spin your tires use the throttle to control the spin.
In the youtube K5 owns Ford F150 - notice how easy the F150 was pulled when the tires started spinning.

Once there was a stuck motorhome in the sand. Four guys pushing the MH and one truck pulling.
the Truck spun the tires and the MH was still stuck. NO WEIGHT IN THE BACK
I told two of the guys pushing to climb in the back of the truck ... alas the Motor Home came right out!!!
