10K will go a long way on the interior.
For navigation, check out Alpine, Kenwood or Pioneer. those are the best imo.
and for the subs you can do two shallow mounts underneath the rear bench.

where about do you live? i can prolly find some pre-fab parts for the sub enclosure. I really favor Memphis Audio for amps, speakers and subs so look into them and see if they have shallow mounts.

I say lift it and supercharge it. If your really wanting to do interior, go with a pioneer or kenwood unit. I like polk speakers or infinity kappa perfects.

Putting subs under that back seat can be sometimes a lil tricky depending on the setup you wanna go with. As big as the cab is on those things they didn't leave much room for subs under there but, if your willing to do some fabricating or get someone who knows how I've seen some crazy setups on them. Anywhere from one 10" where your factory 8" is, one twelve there (shallow mount) to two 15" L7's mounted into the bottom of the seat. Use your imagination.
