Default mpg question!

I bought my 07 lariat 2 wheel drive and was getting 16ish. I put a 3inch level, 295s on it. Gas sent 9mpg I did a tune up and sea foamed. Now I'm at 10.9.
I understand the level and the bigger tires but wth? That seems fishy! Any ideas?

No. Should that be done after the level? And how do I go about it?

Not after level, after tire size change. And need a tuner to do it

How many miles? Might be time for tuneup.

Plugs, clean tb/maf, fuel filter
