Default MOOG Upper Control Arms

My of F150 Lariat Screw needs the uca's and ball joints replaced. Has anyone used the RK or CK series 80306 & 80308 uca's? If so do the RK series come with greasable ball joints?

They're Moog, lifetime warranty.

Unless you're absolutely **** about how you grease a chassis part, the permalube ball joints will last longer. With modern materials this isn't even an arguable point anymore. Normally when you grease a lube point you actually wind up injecting dirt and abrasive material into the joint, speeding failure.

No problem. First or second gen lubeless joints I wouldn't touch. Now, they're damned near clean room quality, no need to worry about lube breakdown or foreign matter in the joints.

I have Moog Problem Solver greaseable UCA’s, lower ball joints, tie rod ends and sway bar links.

They’re great but I do add a pump of grease every 3k to all of them. If you don’t plan to really stay on top of it like stated above, then just go with sealed units.

Thanks for all the good advice. I'm kind of old school (69yrs) and **** about my truck so I opted for the ones with the grease zerts. Been doing my own maintenance for years.

Sounds like those are the right choice for you. Grease them every oil change and they will last you a very long time.

Interesting... I always wipe the zerk before greasing. Non-greasable stuff does last quite a long time, as far as I know, all the driveshaft u-joints on my XJ Cherokee are original Spicer (231,000 miles).

That's what I do!
