Moisture at plug #6
That makes sense. Hey...just trying to save you some monies.
Hopefully it's something silly
To me without factoring a head gasket, some kind of temperature differential may cause this . Look at plug to see if a minor blowby is happening ? Replace boot . Any antifreeze smell or fuel smell ?
I had to redo big rubber flap in front of radiator to keep road stuff from coming up. What about the side flap on the head lights inboard towards radiator .
Head bolts should not have been touched on timing job to affect head gasket, But the radiator hoses would have been removed and maybe water pump as well as Around thermostat housing is not very far to no 6 .
I'm trying to remember a similar story and I have to go look in that area of engine tomorrow . I want to look at that drivers valve cover pcv connection freezing and condensation can happen in that loop possibly degraded hoses .
Twice same spot-- coincidence sounds suspicious I more believe its an early warning of some kind . Excuse me but my job required me to be a pessimist to try and keep the electric grid running.

Isn't #6 the only one on the driver's side that's really out in the open? 5's kinda under the power steering reservoir, 7 and 8 are back quite a ways...
check torque on the plug, at least. maybe time for a new boot?

No smells and I'm going to see if I can get around to torquing the plug just to make sure. Both 6 and 5 are pretty open. As much as I hate it I also have many short drives and maybe it's just condensation. The boot is fairly new and looks new. Thanks for all the suggestions I hope I can figure it out.
Comes from the early days of Ferrari. These rich business types would bring their cars back to Ferrari 'cuz they weren't running right. These things were never meant for commuting, they were pretty high-strung track cars. Ferrari mechanics would take them out on the track and thrash them for an hour or so. After that, they ran fine.
I like to find a road outside of town where I can do about four back-to-back pulls, 30-60 floored, brake from 60 back to 30 or so. Maybe I might take it down to a slow roll.
Burns the carbon out of the engine, gets the brakes good-n-hot. You'll want to drive around for a half-hour or so without using the brakes much, give them a chance to cool down.
