Nicer mirrors. Either 09 and up style or towing mirrors would look nice.

I like the black and red color scheme, but to really make that truck shine paint the bumpers to match the truck. Pretty cheap if you rattle can the and know how to properly spray. Look up tutorials.

Since you've got an XL, and I can't tell if you've already done this from the picture, but what about painting/having painted the section of body between the front bumper and the grille (can't think of the name for the piece, it's 4AM, cut me some slack) to match the rest of the body?

If you like how the newer badges look on these trucks, how 'bout a set of them?

Mirrors have been stated.

I'm sure I'll have a couple more ideas after some thinking time. From that picture, your truck looks very clean and uncluttered if you get what I'm saying. I wouldn't do anything too drastic, but do subtle changes.

X2 on the mirrors and possibly wheels to go with the bfg's. A set of American racing Mojave would look very nice on your rig, IMO.

Those are my favorite wheels. The teflon coated would be perfect.
