saw a 150 on the highway with five red LEDs under the tailgate like how some bigger trucks have i though i would try it cause i liked it a lot. i have searched high and low for these light but i cant find any that will fit. then i saw one of my friends did it to his truck i asked him where he got them but the truck stop he got them from didn't have them. they are really small rectangular lights that only have two led diodes inside them, i was wondering if anyone knew where i could find something small enough for a 150 without cutting anything on the truck to make it fit. and if you have done it already load up some pics if you want.

 

I am gonna be doing the same thing at some point. Mills Fleet Farm has what you are looking for if your from Minnesota or Wisconsin. Maybe you can find them on their website but I'm not sure.

I bought these slim 2 diode LED's there to build my raptor light bar. Now I'm gonna go back and get 5 red ones to throw between the bumper and tailgate just as you are.

 

hey that looks great i never thought of doing that but i like it a lot. i have seen those LEDs online before will that fit between the tailgate and the bed of the truck without cutting because i think those might work?

I don't know the name of them off the top of my head but I think they should fit between the tailgate without cutting. Next time I run to Fleet Farm I'll check it out for ya!

Here are my amber lights but not at night yet. I couldn't find any night time pics so when the sun sets here in Minnesota tonight I'll get you a picture. I haven't done the red ones in back yet. Not sure when I will have time to get around to those yet.

thats crazy i didnt see the ones on the bottom from the first pic you showed me of under the hood. it looks like a semi haha its cool. i really want to put the red ones on my tailgate but i couldnt figure out that website and i dont even know if they will fit in that spot over the licence plate like on a dually.

 

Haha yeah it kinda looks like a semi with all the lights but I like em! Yeah its hard to be sure if they would fit and I couldnt figure out how to order off that site either, I was hoping you were smarter than me on that one! The only problem I have with putting those red leds there would be how many holes a guy would have to drill. I think I might end up just putting one of those led light bars across the back instead.
