Default Maplight and powerpoint not working

Neither my map lights or my rear power outlet that is located behind my center console work. I assumed I had blown a fuse. It looks like my fuse #37 is for the rear powerpoint which is not blown. I can't find anything on which fuse is for my map lights. I had been charging my bluetooth speaker in the powerpoint. I noticed my speaker didn't charge one day and figured out I had no power to the powerpoint. I noticed my map lights where no longer working about the same time. My truck is a 2005 extended cab stx.

Fuse 20 is good. I have pulled all the mini fuses and checked them with a fuse checker and all are ok except fuse 10. That explained why my trailer running lights weren't working. I put a good fuse in it but that has not fixed my rear powerpoint or map lights. Now I am not sure what to do.
