Default map light

I have 04 lariat with sunroof and power back glass. My map light housing was broke by the previous owner and now I cant put in nee lights without buying the map light its self. Well the dealership wants 480 for it and I dont have that kinda money. He said its because the switchs to the su roof and power sliding glass are built into it. Does anyone know where I can find one for sale. Or where online to look because I've looked everywhere I know. Thanks

That's BS that the switches are built into it. My truck without the switches has the space/openings for them....
