Can anyone explain a good way to clean my MAF? Or a good YouTube link?

I'm doing a little maintenance on the ol truck, any suggestions?

I added injector cleaner, changed plugs and oil, air filter is next.

MAF sensor cleaner at autozone/advance. Comes in a aerosol can.
