Anybody installed LT headers on a 2004 4x4 5.4L? I want to look into buying some but I can't find any threads on anyone installing them. I know on some trucks, its a 2 hour job and others, 12 hours. If anyone has installed any, I'd love to hear from you.

 

Its a long process on almost all ford vehicles. Ive done them on a buddies 5.4 and it took us almost all weekend but of course that was in the garage with lots of beer and smoke breaks. The gains are worth it IMO i will be getting a set this summer
