Default Lower Valance question.

Just bought westin bull-bars and discovered it takes the place of the tow hooks well my truck doesn't have tow hooks and the lower valance covers the area where the tow hooks would be so my bull-bars won't work....So my question can I buy the lower valance with tow hooks area open?

Thanks.
