Lower bumper with round fogs

when are the fogs supposed to come on? I have an 05 lariat and no matter what setting (auto or manual) i set for the headlights, they dont come on. I am assuming it is just dead bulbs. just bought it w/o them working and I thought it had a separate switch for them.

They do have a seperate switch. On the Headlamp switch, that allows you to go from Auto, Off, Parking, ON, you should be able to PULL that tab out, and that will engage the fogs. You can leave this pulled out, and on Auto, and whenever your Heads turn on, so will the fogs.
