Default Loss of power

I drive a 2005 f150 5.4 with 191000miles. My truck had to be parked for a few months due to a few coils going out. So I recently just changed my spark plugs and coils found out cyl 3 the electrode was sitting on the ground strap. It is still parked because it has no power, when I press the pedal it is like it chugging a bit with no go. I took it aroumd the block and watched my temp almost go to red and to top it off i couldn't get it passed 25mph.
Anyone got any ideas?

When you fire it up.. make sure you have good flow coming out of the tail pipe.. look at you cats at operating temp.. are they extremely hot.. glowing red ? Does exhaust smell like rotten eggs ?

It blows consistent but 25sec or so it sounds different and stops blowing for a few seconds then gos back to normal. The cats are not glowing red feel pretty hot though but no rotten egg smell.

Been parked for a few months... wondering if a critter made a nest somewhere.. pull the air cleaner too and check.
