Default Losing power

OK so I've been reading through all of the posts and it seems like this is a common problem with loss of power now I'm making my own post because one I'm new and 2 I have a different symptom that i can't seem to find anyone say. So I have a 2004 F150 5.4l 3v With about a 180000 miles on it In the last month I had had the timing chains done new phasers new valves on the one side new lifters New fuel pump New oil pump New gaskets new plugs And I think that's about it. So what's happening is my truck sounds great after all the work I feel like I'm the only older F150 without the ticking engineAnd when I started up and start driving it runs great after a little while of driving all of a sudden it feels like I have no pick up I can get up to speed but it takes a minute to get there get there I can put the pedal all the way to the floor and it doesn't change anything it just slowly gets up to speedSo that's the common part that I know I've seen a lot of post but the uncommon thing is for me I can turn off the truck and turn it right back on and It fixes it right awayBut like earlier in my story after a few minutes it goes back to loss of power please help it point me in the right direction it feels like I'm towing something very heavy.

P.s. I'm not very good at mechanic terminology

I wonder if it's a throttle position sensor?

How is the seal around the air filter box?

Get the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) read at Autozone or other and report back with the DTC numbers.
