Default Looking for new front struts.

Hey guys well I have an 2005 f150 scab, with a cst 7" lift which I think is really a 6" lift. But in the front it looks like they used the stock oem ford struts with a spacer on top of it to gain the height. Well I think it's time to change the front struts out and go with something different. I didn't want to spend a lot on replacing them. And have seen the pro comp pro runner adjustable struts for sale. Does anyone have any input in these on how good or bad they are. I feel like they would be better than just replacing them with another set of stock shocks. Any info would be greatly appreciated

I'm looking at the exact same set up on eBay as well. Was hoping someone here had any experience with them.

I have a 3in spacer and a 4in rear block so I'm worried how new struts will work with my current setup

I hate to be that guy but it might help if when you are looking you are searching for coil over shocks. they look a lot like struts but they way they function are completely different. our trucks with coil overs have upper control arms where a vehicle with struts does not. I don't wanna be a jerk but I just don't want you to end up with something that belongs in a Kia

I was informed that we have struts from the factory. But maybe I'm wrong

Cst lift here also. Would be nice to replace the whole strut and spacer with some adj.coilovers.

Anyone know if 09-13 struts will work on are 04-08?
