Default long time lurker

found this fourm about 3 years ago when i got my truck, have been lurking and reading since.

i know there are the level/wheel and tire thread but curious on my wheels.
i know its a 17 inch wheel. just not too sure on the back spacing and rim with. most people who posted up have a different style than i do.

i am looking in to new tires and would like to have the "sitting on 33's" look. as i have 35's on my jeep TJ and would like to have a good looking tow rig too!!

attached is a picture of the truck. i am planning on a 2.5 level kit and some 285/70/r17 goodyear dura trac's (which i think are a real close 33). just need to know if the above tire size will work with my current rim size.

yeah other than replacing a driver side mirror(my fault) and dealing with the cam phaser noise i have not had too many problems with the truck so no real need to post up too much.
i kept up on the break, shocks and oil changes and still runs strong.
i am impressed, being a ex work-a-holic 140m/day round trip for 3 years. i took it into the shop for a "check up" and it was only a quart low on trans fluid (bought with 20K on the clock and now have 130K)

thanks for the input westtnfx4!! but do you mean 285/70 or 285/75 ?

The stock Ford wheels are 7 1/2 inches wide with a 5 1/2 inch BS and 285x70x17 or 285x75x17's will fit nice on the stock wheels.
