Your local police have a lockout kit. Usually 20 bucks for them to use it

Your local dealership can cut you an unlock key with proof of ownership and the VIN.

I had this done on my STX and then tied the key underneath the bed with a wire tie for future lockouts.

Never do this. Call a locksmith or a towing company. They charge as little as $25 to unlock your truck. Even the cheaper windows are a few hundred installed.
