Default Lights behind this grille?

Has any one done or seen done or have any feedback about putting driving or fog lights behind this style of grille?

Just find a pair of BIG round lights and cut a hole in the grill. I did this back with my S10.

Those grills are cheap if you dont like it once your done.

I dont think anything will work good behind it.

i used to have lights behind the grill. they werent that noticable so i took them out and replaced them with an intercooler

and i think i saw a grill for our trucks once that looks just like the photoshop nobman posted. two large round lights in the same place as the above pic, probably supposed to look like the mustang grill

Ok, I just found a Pic of my S10. Now before you go calling me out.. this was like 1987.... and I was a poor college student. But the lights in the grille were being used as headlights.

And I gets much worse from there...

And Yes Its a Convertable.

You might be able to fit small rectangle ones to the left/right of the Ford emblem - but that's about it. I ended up trading for a honeycomb grille and ran a piece of 1/8" thick steel bar between the middle headlight mounts.

you can also get led light bars that would fit in the part below the ford emblem. i have a lariat grill so i dont have all those big cross peices and i custom made a braket and mounted lights behind my grill. i can post pics later. but the grill blocks a lot of the light projected. i sugest that after market grill with the lights mounted in it it looks sick and mean as hell !! i am considering buy one myself
