I just had my dash cluster rebuilt and days later I have no left front headlight and the high beam indicator on my dash doesn't turn off. I've replaced fuse #35, the #3 relay and still the problem exists. Any ideas from anyone what my issue may be. 2005 F150-4x4, only frill is air conditioning.

 

Have you contacted whoever rebuilt it?
