Default Lift?

I purchased my F150 last month - it's a 2008.

I know it has custom wheels on it, but how would I know if it has a lift kit or some sort of custom suspension on it? Are there special parts that might tell me that yes, I do have a lift, and possibly what kind / size?

Yes, I know... I'm a noob.

I put some pics of my truck in my profile.

I don't have any pics of the suspension yet. I'll get those out there soon.

Ditto. If you look inside your wheel well in the front, on top of the strut, you might be able to see a round composite or aluminum spacer between it and the strut mount on the frame. It could be anywhere from 1.5" to 2.5" thick.

Here's a pic of the area... do you see something? There appears to be some sort of spacer, but it's neither round nor aluminum... it appears to be black and oblong. I hope it comes through in the pic.

There is a spacer on top of that black piece. That's the top of the strut and there would be a spacer on top of that between the strut and the mount for it. That is exactly how my front end looks and I have a 2.5 inch hell bent steel leveling kit.

The control arm also looks like it is not at a normal stock angle as well. beautiful truck though! congrats on the recent purchase.
