i dont think you will rub at full lock...i aint running stock as of today but up until now i ran stock with 35's.....now a wider tire such as toyo might rub...but at full lock BFGs will not rub at all

YOU DON'T HAVE STOCK WHEELS...........FYI 35x12.50-18 BFG Muds rub the control arm at full lock, this guy is running aftermarket rims, with 1 less inch of backspace, that makes all the difference. i've seen, drove it, they rub.

Came across Hell Bent Steel 2.5" and 3" billet aluminum leveling kits on ebay for $85obo. Anybody ever use this brand? They have 100% feedback and good reviews so I think I may go with them. What do you guys think?

Some product sites like daystar and ready lift say that a 2" on a 04-08 4x4 will recommend 35's and they say that a 2" on a 04-08 2wd will recommend 33's. I'm getting conflicting reports and before I spend my money, I want to buy the right parts. In the end I want to fit 35's and I just don't know whether to purchase 2", 2.5", or 3". Someone please send me in the right direction. Thanks
I've been running the 2 1/2" Daystar kit for over 4 yrs. with no problem's. Ran 315x70x17 BFG's with no rubbing on 17x8 wheels with 5 1/2 inches of BS. As close to stock specs as you can get, only stick out 1/2" but gives you the proper clearance in the front not to hit the lower wheelwells where rubbing usually occur's with 35x12.5 tires.

Leveled 2 1/2 inches, no rubbing with 35's.
