Default Leveling kit not enough

I have a 2.5" Daystar leveling kit on my 04 FX4 Screw and the front is still 3/4" lower then the back. How can I remedy this? I do not want to drop the rear. Thanks for any suggestions.

You should let it be. I have a 3" and in some stances, the truck sits higher in the front. Not very often and it shows cause I dont have new wheels or tires yet, but it still drives me nutty. It is supposed to settle but we'll see.

I'm getting new wheels and tires soon and hopefully they will make it less noticeable. I'm affraid that it will make it worse. wish there were still torsion bars.

Maybe some of the other guys have an idea......

It might look better with the new shoes? Hit us up with the pics afterwards.

I wouldn`t mess with it. The time you load up for a trip off road , pull a boat or a trailer of atv`s it probally will be just right . And you will add bigger tires and I`d wait and see what it looked like then. Mine has a 2 inch auto spring and it`s sets almost even with the rear just a little higher and I think it looks good.

Default 2.5 Tuff Country

I just added the 2.5 Tuff Country to my 2008 Screw 4x4 and have the same issue. It was insanely raked before (payload package?) but now it's better. However, it isn't exactly even.

I can definitely live with it though - even my wife says it looks much better. Also added 33.1250.20 Toyo MTs (replaced some Kumho street tires 275.55.20 which I guesstimated to be 32).

Much less ($4K +/-) expensive than a four - six inch lift, 35s, gears. If I decide I need gears then well I am going to lift it. Currently running 3.55.

that much difference is barely noticeable until you take a measuring tape to it. and it depends how the truck is sitting too.

I had the same problem with my last truck and i took it back to the shop that put it on and they admitted the problem and put the correct size on. Nothing less than 3" will level a Ford.
