all he needs is the $99 leveling kit just for the front.....wats the purpose of buyin a levelin kit if your just gonna put a block in the back and jack the *** end back up higher?!

Go with the HBS 2.5", its $69 free shipping no tax. Just installed it on my 04 FX4 supercab, check out the pics

definatly go with the HBS. cant beat the price, seems like good quality. got mine in the mail the other day and damn i didnt think they would be that solid haha. gonna install it when i get the time this week.

I thought you wanted it level ?? If you install that the rear will sit higher than the front.

The OP did say he wanted lift. I personally don't understand why anybody wants their truck "leveled" (unless it's a lowered street truck), I think it looks retarded when you have a load in the back and your front end is pointing at the sky. Leveling kits are really just cheap lift kits for the front of the truck.
