You NEED to have it realligned when I put mine on people told me I didnt need to get it alligned on here and I didnt well. I went through new tires in about 3 months. The whole inside half of my front tires wore down completly bald and then gave my truck a bad shake. So yes I would get it alligned and plus its like only 40 bucks.

Same question. Any problems running a 3" leveling kit? What else do I need to make these work? I bought a kit off ebay used and they were listed as 2", but looking more in to it they turn out to be 3". Do I need to lift the rear also? Will I run into problems with the pitch of my front axles?

i just put my 3inch hell bent steel leveling kit on....2wd.. and have not had any problems... but if its 4wd...you will put your front drive axles ina pretty good bind... but i think some people do still run them like that.... on a 2wd...it puts your top arm in a tight spot... but my truck drives and rides like new still....i have not gotten my front end alligned yet... but you do need to...mines getting alligned sometime this week...

For those that have had a leveling kit already installed, how much did it cost to have it installed? The kit itself is relatively inexpensive, so that's all good, but I'm curious about the labor costs?

Lookin to get a levelin kit..should I go for the 2" or 2.5" and what is the process for gettin it installed on my truck, '05 F150 XLT 5.4L??? Is the total cost lookin to be round $120 after buyin actual parts, shippin, and getting it aligned or does it just depend on what brand you get and where you take your trcuk to get aligned?
