Would this be worth the investment? and get the rear shock as well.

My rear is bout 3.5" higher. how hard is it to put all this in?

 

if you want to keep you truck level ..thats not what you want...all you need is the spacers.. that kit will raise the rear also. Depends what you want..

 

do you have any recommendations?

 

do you need new front struts ? How many miles on you truck ??

 

I put that exact kit on my truck. The install was a bit tricky at first but once you get one side done the other is a breeze. I also but the block in the back because I wanted a little rake. My back is 1.5" taller than the front. I have a 2005 XLT

so..with 131K i would go with Billy's 5100 leveling struts due to the fact you are going to need new struts soon anyhow...this will bring your front end up 2-2.5 inches..no need for a spacer.
