Default Level or tires first?

Hey guys just wondering if I should level my my truck before getting new wheels? I'm on a budget and can only afford to do one or the other at the moment. Planning on getting all terrain tires probably 275s nothing to dramatic. So what are your guys suggestions? It's an fx2 sport. Thanks!

I suggest doing the front level first then doing your tires and wheels. That's what I did. You wanna make sure you can fit the tires you want so do the level first. My level was $50 from EBay and $100 to install. Very cheap and easy. I did mine tires and wheels about 2 weeks after the level.

If it was me, get it leveled and at the height you want, then figure out what wheel/tire combo you want. Keep in mind what size wheel/tires you want to fit when doing your leveling or lift.

Just my opinion, but if you need to get tires because the ones you have are worn out or unsafe, I would go with the tires first. Cosmetics are great, but safety is/should come first. Either way, just make sure you get a wheel alignment after you do the level, it will save your tires from wear. What size level are you looking at getting?

get them both at the same time otherwise spend twice the monet for alignments to be done twice..... Level is cheap to add on to the cost of tires....

I did my level and I'm waiting until my tires are worn out before upgrading. My problem is that my tires were at 80% tread when I did the level and I only put about 10,000-15,000kms on the truck per year (6000-9500 miles) so it's going to take another couple years to wear them out lol

I bought spacers for $50 on ebay and they worked great. I bought a 2 inch leveling kit for the front. Don't spend more than $50 on them, because they work the same as the expensive spacers.
