Default Level 4x4

Hey. I'm new here. And to the ford world. I have a 05 4x4 f150. I'm wanting to level the truck out and I've noticed it has blocks in the rear and spacers over the coils. From what I've been told by a friend. Idk. Is that stock? Doesn't matter. But what would be the best way to level it out? Pull the blocks and put 2wd u bolts or what?

Can you furnish some pics? Sounds like a level has already been installed at some point.

There shouldn't be coil spacers on the front, here's my 2" coil spacers and I also have pulled the factory 2" blocks and put 3" blocks in their place for more lift... Which I regret doing

Yeah that's what my front end looks like already. And it has 2" blocks in the rear and sits high.

If you don't mind sacrificing the height in the back just pull the rear blocks off, or get 2009-2013 rear blocks to replace them with they are only 1.25"

Yeah I see a lot of people do it, or the other day I found adjustable rear shackles that you can adjust from 1" of lift to 2" of lift and they were less than $60

Nice! But I think if I go bigger I'd go for the 6" lift with 35's. my lady would kill me for sinking that much into parts when were trying to plan a wedding and find a home. Thank you for the help. Assured me of what I had in mind

No problem, once I graduate high school and get my 6.7 f-250 I'll probably leave my leveling kit, do an 8" suspension lift and a 3" bodylift sitting on either 40's or 42's and 4.56 gears on my 05 f-150, I'm opening my own shop after I finish trade school so it will probably just be a rolling billboard for my shop lol
