I think you gotta have the same problem 3 times on file in order for it to be a lemon.
Man, sorry you had all those problems. Good Luck with everything.

I hate when people do this... they call everything a lemon.

http://www.lemonlawamerica.com/

For one, it varies by state... but Ohio is 1 year or 18k miles. 3+ attempts to fix the same problm (and some others).

You don't have a lemon. You just have a truck that has problems. You have a 6 year old vehicle with 65k miles on it. You just have bad luck. OR you are extra hard on your truck and don't realize it. Doesn't matter how well something is made if it isn't taken care of properly it will break.

Bad luck. Sometimes it happens. Every MFG turns out a few bad apples. Considering your truck is 1 of almost 4 million F-150s sold between 2004 and 2008 it isn't surprising there are a few with issues out there.

Here maybe this will make you feel better, ive have my 04 for a year and a half, and this is what i have had to do to it. Torque converter, alternator, 1 rear axle seal, ball joint, 4 shocks, 4 rotors, 2 calipers, brake pads twice, emergency brake repair, two sets of rims, 3 sets of tires, master cylinder, steering rack, IWE solenoid, 3 IWE actuators, new IWE vacuum hoses, 4 alignments, speed sensor and wire harness, and 2 sway bar end links. I know that some of that is general maintanence, but thats alot of stuff in a year and a half. Some of that stuff i had to take it in up to 3 times and they would have it for a week and a half at a time. Lemon law doesnt apply to me because of mileage. But i did get an extended warranty and they covered alot of that stuff.
