LED Floodlights
I got a pair of cheap LED floodlights for the headache rack off of Amazon. They're wired to a switch with the parking light wire being the trigger.
They worked fine for a while and then started intermittently and now always being dim. They turn on, but are extremely dim.
Is there a simple solution that I'm not thinking of or is this just typical chinese crap?

That's hard to say.... Summers22 is probably right LOL. But, you're going to have to hook them direct up to the battery (ideally with a fuse) to test briefly. Lots of things can cause this... soldered joints that over time have corroded... connectors that have corroded...
How long have you had these for? How much have they been powered on? Have they been through winter, etc? Any connectors down low with exposure to salt, snow, etc?
With LED's... typically a dim situation tells me inadequate power, not cheap.... Are they using a relay as well?

Great advice homer. I wonder if he used straight power from the parking wire or a relay, which is the ONLY way I ever install aftermarket lights. You get full power to the light that way. I have even went as far as installing relays into factory headlight wiring (my old Superduty) to improve output. It is a proven upgrade as you lose a couple volts from the headlight switch.

The flood lights were just on for a few months and used maybe a dozen or two times.
The wiring harness, however, is a few years old. It used to power one (but can handle 2) halogen 55W lights. Yes, there is a relay and inline fuse.
I will re-check all connections in case I missed something. And I will hook a light directly to the battery to check it - good call.
