Default Leather seats

In my 05 FX4 I've got leather seats but there not heated. I was wondering if they were all set to heat but they're just not plugged or I would need new seats to have them heated ?

The heating grids are not there if your truck did not come equipped with it. To add them you can go aftermarket but I have mixed feelings about something that creates heat under my **** that was not installed and designed by engineers making a 6 figure salary.

You will need to have a kit installed/wired in. I'm sure there is an after market company that sells them. To answer your question, they are not all equipped with the heater and just not plugged in.

Maybe you can call the stealership to see if that is something they can help you with?

^ The OEM grids are really not that expensive but the labor to strip the seats is either something that you will go thru and entire 30 rack of Natty Light in your garage doing it yourself or be selling your first born to afford the shop to do it.

No such thing. Cooled seats actually use perforated leather and small fans mounted inside the seat.
