Leak Even After Replacing 3rd Brake Light??

Glass company came out and did the rear window for $150 in an hour. Didn't have to remove seats at all. Long story short, he showed me where A chunk of the original seal was missing (He had no clue how that even happens) and also a section of the seal that wasn't even attached to the window frame (evident by the amount of dirt and dust underneath where the seal was glued). He used a thicker buytl rope type of seal around the frame and even used urethane seal along the top of the window frame between the new seal and the frame to further waterproof it. Needless to say the two men were very professional and informative. We shall see how it does during the next rain, although he guaranteed it won't ever leak again.

So the rear window no longer leaks!! Tested it with the hose and she is water tight. Fantastic job by the guys. One question though: are there water drain holes in the window track where the sliding rear window moves along?

I'm in the same boat you were, I think. I've thought all along that it was the third brake light, but even after I RTV'd it, it leaks, even when there is just a lot of heavy condensation on the roof in the morning. So I'm pretty sure its not the TBL. I'm in CA, what company did you say you ended up using?

Looks like they have shops out in Cali as well. Highly highly recommend them.
