Default knuckles or anyway to make this work?

how you guys doin? havnt posted for a while, been on the crotch rocket, much cheaper on gas.. i have a p.o.s 6" rough country lift on my 06 f150. i have changed out the stock shocks to the adjustable bilstein 5100s, because when the lift had settled it had more rake than stock and i hate rake! so i cranked the adjustables up to the full 2 inches, of course rough country lifts the front end with a spacer, changing out the knuckles also, one problem... i know it puts everything for the suspension sets everything up on a bad angle... i know i know. well the question is my space bangs into i guess the ball joint, it rubs on tigh tight turns and huge bumps! is their any way i could change to a bigger knuckle to set it up .5" higher thats all it needs if not its going back down to 1"... and also the back shocks are squeaking like an s.o.b i have changed out the bushing and it stopped for 1 month! now its back, is this the shock or the bushing? i am saving up for a rize 8". i beaqt my self up that i have wasted my money.. and when i call rough country, it seems like some of them have no ideal bout their own products. please let me know guys just trying to find a fix to a temp problem i plan on a new lift by the end of summer.
thanks!

the newer trucks don't really settle, they are not like the older trucks with torsion bars. there is no way the spacer should be even moving, regardless of what shocks you have. as for the rear, how are installing them? using lube? torquing them properly? overtightening them can make them squeak...i think you have some other problem up front...

i have seen several guys run bilsteins at the 2 inch mark with a 6 inches and have zero problems...

this is what your front end looks like..now why would the uca (upper control arm) rubs and bangs what? the spacer? that is impossible. if something is banging, something is seriously wrong...loose, wore out, don't sound safe. your suspension should be silent, or close to it

Are you saying the upper control arm hits the spring? Mine hits the spring with a 2.5" lvl. I could not imagine a 4" spacer. Are you saying that with the 6" kit you did not get a new crossmember? Are you sure you don't have the 4"kit???? Not being a dick but that does not sound right.
